Job Profile –
1) Tracking of revenue and margin as per the monthly targets
2) Contracting reading and ensuring clause as per commercial guidelines
3) Preparing customer invoicing as per client certification.
4) Preparation escalation and overstay claims
5) Ensuring timely collection of outstanding as per the payment cycle
6) Marinating all the contracts documents, statement of accounts, Bank Guarantee, Insurance etc. for all the projects.
7) Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS.
8) Ensuring timely collection against outstanding.
9) Vendor / Contractor bills reconciliation.
10) Project closing activities; Project reconciliation, Final O/s confirmation from client, etc.
11) Overseeing the monthly valuation process.
12) Producing a monthly consolidated cost and expenditure report for the section of the project.
13) Supporting the change control process and assist in identifying the cost implications of any proposed changes
