6. Marinating all the contracts documents, statement of accounts, Bank Guarantee, Insurance etc. for all the projects.
7. Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS.
8. Ensuring timely collection against outstanding.
9. Vendor / Contractor bills reconciliation.
10. Project closing activities; Project reconciliation, Final O/s confirmation from client, etc.
11. Overseeing the monthly valuation process.
12. Producing a monthly consolidated cost and expenditure report for the section of the project.
13. Supporting the change control process and assist in identifying the cost implications of any proposed changes

Job Profile –

1. Preparation of shop drawing from Tender/GFC drawing.
2. Preparation of Coordination layout with other services.
3. Preparation of detailed toilet layout, Pump room layout, External services, Material take off and all firefighting layout.
4. Follow specifications and calculate to create various technical drawings.

Desired profile of the candidate –

1. Knowledge of FAPA system shall be an added advantage
2. Knowledge of English Language is preferable and good working

Job Profile –

1. Good understanding of National code and local authoritie’s requirements.
2. Sound knowledge of pipe sizing, pump head calculation, shop drawing submission process from VFC to shop drawing.
3. Understanding of STP/ WTP and related drawing like Structural/architectural etc.
4. Coordination level of understanding with other services like HVAC /Electrical/ BMS/ FAPA.
5. Attending Client / Consultant meeting.
6. Coordinating with contracts team for quantity estimation.
7. AutoCAD knowledge of for review of drawing with basic drafting skills.

6. Carry out periodic HSE audits and daily HSE inspection.
7. Should be competent to interact effectively with the client / sub-contractor.

6. Material take off from shop drawing/ as per site condition.
7. Preparation of measurement sheet of the work and getting approval from the client.
