Job Profile –

1. Hands-on experience in estimation and quantity take-off for Fire Fighting, Plumbing, FAPA systems, etc.
2. Calculate quantities of pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, sanitary fixtures, and other related materials.
3. Prepare rate analysis, cost summaries, and project budgets.
4. Prepare revised estimates and cost calculations for additional works, extra items, and changes in project scope.
5. Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to understand and identify the complete scope of work.
6. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), tender estimates, commercial offers, and client quotations.
7. Coordinate with the Purchase, Design, Project, and Sales teams for technical clarifications, material pricing, and project requirements.
8. Verify material specifications, approved makes, and technical compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
9. Maintain and update estimation sheets, BOQs, rate analysis, vendor quotations, and other estimation-related records.
10. Identify missing items, discrepancies, and variations in drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and coordinate for necessary clarifications.

Required Skill Set

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) with strong knowledge of Excel formulas.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).

Job Profile –

1. Preparation of documents, project support, work orders, addition of new items, and payment & utility management.
2. Preparation and maintenance of reports.
3. Coordination with the operations team for PI, TI conversion, and site-related work.
4. Handling of confidential information with discretion and integrity.
5. Execution of special projects as assigned by senior management.

Job Profile –

1. Good understanding of National code and local authoritie’s requirements.
2. Sound knowledge of pipe sizing, pump head calculation, shop drawing submission process from VFC to shop drawing.
3. Understanding of STP/ WTP and related drawing like Structural/architectural etc.
4. Coordination level of understanding with other services like HVAC /Electrical/ BMS/ FAPA.
5. Attending Client / Consultant meeting.
6. Coordinating with contracts team for quantity estimation.
7. AutoCAD knowledge of for review of drawing with basic drafting skills.

Desired profile of the candidate –

1. Knowledge of FAPA system shall be an added advantage.
2. Knowledge of English Language is preferable and good working.

Job Profile –

1. Having in depth technical HSE knowledge related to all activities of construction.
2. Fair knowledge of safety regulations and statutory requirements.
3. To handle all aspects of construction safety at project sites.
4. Preparing HIRA, work method statements job safety analysis for all activities.
5. Conduct Safety induction/ orientation and job specific trainings.
6. Carry out periodic HSE audits and daily HSE inspection.
7. Should be competent to interact effectively with the client / sub-contractor.

Desired profile of the candidate –

1. Ability to command safety functions at site.
2. Knowledge of English Language is preferable.

Job Profile –

1. Ensure work is performed in accordance with standard practices.
2. Knowledge of all pipes and fittings as per the latest requirement.
3. Knowledge of standard installation requirement of all plumbing fixture.
4. Plans, assigns works to plumbers/ Welder/fitter/Helpers as per the requirement.
5. Inspecting the work of plumbers/ Welder/fitter/Helpers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
6. Material take off from shop drawing/ as per site condition.
7. Preparation of measurement sheet of the work and getting approval from the client.

Desired profile of the candidate –

1. Good handwriting skill and knowledge of MS Excel shall be added advantage.
2. Knowledge of English Language is preferable.
